Greetings!

This is my very first blog entry. I have always thought that blogging seemed narcissistic but I am coming to understand it is more than that…it is a way to CONNECT on this thing called the web. I will be posting thoughts and works of art so check in sometime…

Jane,
I understand about not getting the blog scene, I just think that those of us who are visual and make art see and read things differently. However I am glad to see your newsletter and your comments. Most of all I admire your art.
Peace this New Year.

Hello Jane! Hope you had a fabulous Christmas, and are looking forward to a calm New Year…. I’ve been so busy with family and friends that a rest is all I could ask for, for the year ahead! One of your beautiful angels is winging it’s way across the sea to me now, she will be made very welcome – you can never have enough gurdian angels! All the best of love luck & happiness, Kate@squooze

Jane:
I am unfamiliar with blogging. But will try anyway. Hey is this the first time you did black angel pics? They are beautiful!

Yes, this is the first time I have painted black angels…I have had requests but was intimidated and didn’t think I could do it…guess I was just being stuck in my ways. I REALLY love how they turned out. In fact, I have been working on others today and they are coming along great. It has really opened a new door for me. Thanks for stopping by. This is kinda fun!

Hi Jane. I feel a little intimidated by blogging sometimes, too.
If I am self-serving, my blog turns out awful.
If I think about what I learned today that might help someone, then it turns out much better.
I try to think of something I learned from a book or a movie or a meditation that might help lift someone out of darkness in their heart or mind.
Love your artwork.
Am a fan of folk art myself here in Alaska.
Not too far from where you are, but much colder.
Have a great day!
Lynne
